The Purpose of Our Club
To further the education of members, youth, and the public in gardening, horticulture, landscape design and flower arranging;
To aid and promote beautification with in the Town of Amherst;
To promote and support conservation of natural resources and nature studies through educational programs in the community; and
To present a scholarship to aid and promote the study of horticulture and allied fields, to an Erie and/or Niagara county student.

Our Junior Garden Club
Summer 2010 Activities: We had a terrific tour of the new interactive Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site followed by a visit to the Massachusetts Street Project.

  
Year-round work helping out at the Veteran's Hospital Greenhouse.
Club members Gerry Brinkworth, Eleanor Wolford and Pat Zalenski keep up the greenhouses at the Veteran's Hospital.
